VINIFICATION
HARVEST: Manual.
MACERATION: Stainless steel tanks.
FERMENTACIÓN TIME: 8 days.
TEMPERATURE: 25 - 28 °C.
MALOLACTIC FERMENTATION: Yes.
AGEING: 6 months in French (50%) and American (50%) oak barrels, followed by 6 months in bottle.
ANALYSISALCOHOL: 13, 5 %Vol.
TOTAL ACIDITY: 3, 15 g/lt. (H2SO4).
SUGAR: 1, 9 g/lt.
TASTINGCOLOR: Ruby red with bluish refl ections.
SCENT: Plum and red fruit.
FLAVOR: Plum and red fruit.
END: Medium body and sweet end.
